Frequent Shopper Points

Loyalty program members are given  points for each one-dollar purchase. Customers can redeem their points at the POS or through a web site that Electrum manages. The customer determines the giveaways. 

Special Promotion

We recommend running special programs as well as the points program to keep the customers interested and engaged once they have enrolled. For short periods of time reward the consumer with a special incentive ing  for spending a particular amount of money in your  store in a set period of time.

Prizes

Merchants can run a sweepstakes for prizes. Each time a consumer makes a purchase in his store, he is electronically entered into a drawing. So the more times he shops, the more chances he has to win. At the end of the sweepstakes period, Electrum electronically draws a winner. Loyalty program members are advised by email (or standard post if no email exists) of winnings.

Instant Discounts

Each week stores discount items specifically to loyalty program members. Members see the discounts on display cards on the product display shelves.

Email Promotions

Each time a consumer makes a purchase,  Electrum will send an email confirmation to the consumer thanking him for his business and reflecting the dollar amount and date of his purchase. At the merchant's direction, we can add special promotional incentives for the consumer to return. This is an excellent way for the merchant to have a direct relationship with his customer to keep the name of the store in front of them and give the incentives to return.
