In consideration for the issuance of an ECheck account to me, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I authorize Tupperware Canada or its designee Electrum Corporation ("Electrum") in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian Payments Association H1 (CPAH1), to debit the chequing account indicated on the attached cheque for the purchase amount of goods and/or services I purchase with my Tupperware ECheck account from an authorized ECheck Company and to credit to the chequing account indicated on the attached cheque for retained earnings refunds, bonuses, and commissions. This authorization will remain in effect until Electrum receives my written notice of termination sent to the following address: Electrum Corporation, ECheck Department, P.O. Box 11764, Columbia, South Carolina 29211 USA.

I will notify Electrum immediately if I desire to change my chequing accounts by logging into www.TupperwareFreedom.com and updating the Bank Details. If my card is lost or stolen, I will notify Electrum immediately by calling 1-866-693-2432.

SERVICE CHARGE - Each returned ECheck electronic check or direct deposit is subject to applicable service charges and recovery costs and may result in the suspension of electronic cheque and direct deposit privileges until such time as the service charges and recovery costs have been paid.
