Q: What is a Tupperware Check Card?

A: A proprietary card that provides Consultants with more payment options, faster payment of commissions and more control over cash management. The Tupperware Card can be used to pay for Tupperware orders. The Tupperware Check card is tied to your existing checking account. When you use it for Tupperware purchases, funds will be deducted from your checking account.

Q: Why choose the Tupperware Check card?

A. Tupperware encourages you to apply for and use the Check Card. It works just like a debit card when ordering Tupperware products By using your Tupperware Check card, you earn points for every purchase. These points can be redeemed for $30-retail value Gift Certificate or sales aid packages. This is the only form of payment that earns free awards for you!

Q: How do I get a Tupperware Check Card?

A: Go to your party history page after logging in to My Sales and click on the Tupperware Card button. When the new page opens, select Tupperware Check Card and follow the prompts from there.

Q: Will my commissions be deposited to this card?

A: If a consultant has an active card, all commissions will be paid to the bank account tied to the card.

Q: What if I lose my Check card?

A: Call Electrum Corp. toll free at 1-866-693-2432 and report it lost or stolen. Remember, never write your PIN on the Tupperware Check card. That way, if you do lose it, the person who finds it won't be able to get your money.

Q: How much does the Check card cost?

A: The Check card is issued to all Tupperware Consultants free of charge.

Q. If I don't have enough funds in my checking account to cover a purchase I make with my Check Card, will I be assessed a fee?

A. Normal paper check collection fees apply. Your bank will assess its normal fee for a bounced check and our check guarantee provider assesses a charge as well. That's why it's important for you to have money in your account before ordering.

Q. How do I view my transaction history?

A. Because the card is tied to your checking account, it will appear on your bank statement or online if you have electronic banking.

Q. Is there a fee to me for using the Check card?

A. Using the card to order Tupperware® products is free.

Q. My Check Card was declined, what happened??

A. Call the following number to determine how to resolve this issue. 1-866-693-2432

Q. I have changed my bank checking account. What do I do?

A. Tupperware Check Card users : As the cardholder, you must make all bank changes for your Tupperware Check Card. Changes can be made by logging in to www.Tupperwarefreedom.com using your card number and 4 digit PIN. If you do not know your PIN, click on the "Click here" Button next to "Forgot your PIN?" on the www.Tupperwarefreedom.com web site. The PIN will be emailed to the email address on record.

Once you are logged in, open the Cardholder Profile page and then open the Bank Details page at the bottom of the page and update as necessary. The change is effective immediately.

This also covers any changes to address, phone numbers, email, etc. As the cardholder, you must make these changes yourself on the www.Tupperwarefreedom.com web site.
